DuTrac Community's Equity Plus loan allows you to easily access the equity in your home.  Equity Plus is a great option if you are planning a fix-up or remodeling project on your home, however our Equity Plus loans can be used for virtually anything. 

Equity Plus loans feature a one-time advance at a fixed interest rate with terms ranging from 5 to 15 years.  The closing cost of an Equity Plus loan is $350, however $150 of that will be waived if you have an automatic payment set up on the loan, as well as direct deposit.  You can also save a 1/4% on your interest rate if you have an automatic loan payment set up through your payroll deduction, direct deposit or share draft account.   

With our Equity Plus Line of Credit you can draw on the equity in your home to meet your needs as they arise.  An Equity Plus Line of Credit features a one-time application which allows you to have access to a line of credit, secured by your home, for whatever you need, whenever you need it. With its variable rate, you will be assured of one of the best rates around.  Once your Equity Plus Line of Credit is approved you can write yourself a loan at any time for up to 10 years without re-qualifying - you decide when, you decide how much, and with terms up to 15 years you can keep your payments low and affordable.
