You now have the power to protect your credit card against unauthorized online purchases with a personal password.  MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA provide added protection against unauthorized online use of your existing MasterCard and/or VISA card. And it's free and easy to sign up! Once you enroll, your identity will be verified by the secret password each time you make online purchases at participating MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA merchants. You will enter your password in the online merchant's MasterCard SecureCode/ Verified by VISA window, your password will be confirmed, and the transaction will be completed. When using your card at online retailers that are not participating in MasterCard SecureCode/ Verified by VISA, your card can be used without your password.             

If you should happen to have your credit card stolen or misplace it, you should contact our credit card center immediately.  The credit center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  They are able to answer questions or handle emergency situations. Our credit card center can be reached by calling 1-800-234-5354.  Lost and stolen cards should be reported immediately to decrease the chance of any unauthorized transactions appearing on your statement.
