Safe deposit boxes are a great place to store important papers and valuables. This protective metal box is located in a fireproof vault and requires a DuTrac Community staff member to accompany you into the secure vault and use a master key along with a key provided to you at the initial rental of the box in order to gain access. We currently offer safe deposit boxes at our Asbury Road, St. Mary's, and Maquoketa offices. The annual rental of each box varies by size and not all sizes are available at all locations. Please refer to each location for a complete list of sizes and rental fees.

Safekeeping boxes are very similar to our safe deposit boxes in that they are located in a secure fireproof vault, however the main difference between the two is that a safekeeping box does not require a staff member to accompany you into the vault. Safekeeping boxes are self-serve and you are only required to use one of the two keys issued to you at your initial rental of the box. The annual rental of each box varies by size.
