Blocked Countries

There are some countries in which you will not be able to use your DuTrac Community credit cards. These countries are either blocked due to excessive fraud or are sanctioned countries ordered by OFAC (U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control).

  • Malaysia
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • North Korea
  • Romania
  • Russia
  • Sierra Leone
  • St. Kitts-Nevis
  • Sudan
  • Syrian Arab Republic
  • Thailand
  • Ukraine
  • Yugoslavia
  • Zimbabwe
  • Balkans which includes Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia.
