Keeping your financial and personal information secure is a top priority at DuTrac. From text alerts for our checking account debit cards, to credit cards with chip-enhanced technology, we are constantly working to provide the latest fraud protection tools and services.
DuTrac Community Credit Union will never:
- call, email, or text asking you to provide your online username and password OR your debit card PIN number
- send you messages requesting you to click a link to review or block a fraudulent transaction on your account OR that you are locked out of your account or card
If you get a text, email, call, or letter that you’re unsure of, contact us before providing any information or clicking any links.
